On behalf of the EntNet 2006 Organizing Committee and Technical Program Committee we welcome you to the conference.

We are happy that over the last six years EntNet has developed an attractive technical program and a large population of committed participants. This year EntNet will be co-located with the International Engineering Consortium's (IEC) Broadband World Forum Americas in Vancouver, Canada.

After taking advantage of the Exhibit floor at Broadband World Forum Americas, EntNet's Keynote Address, Technology Panel Sessions, Educational Courses and Workshop on Wireless Technologies for Converged Services provide an opportunity to look at where the industry is heading and to discuss burning issues in enterprise technology and business, while listening to leading industry and research experts.

EntNet has become an annual tradition bringing business leaders, visionaries, vendors, practitioners, and technologists to a common forum for discussion of enterprise networking services, vertical market applications development and deployment, enabling technology R&D, evaluation and planning, enterprise business process design and requirement analysis, and enterprise operations support.

Modern economies are profoundly based on enterprises delivering a variety of cost-effective, innovative, and secure services. Future economic expansion driven by continuing development of advanced technologies in optical and wireless broadband communication, information management and the Internet are giving strong impetus for rapid introduction of a new generation of enterprise networking and services solutions.

We look forward to seeing you in Vancouver!
